Having served in many roles with GSF Fresh! in New Zealand for almost sixteen years, Jayneel Ahluwalia takes pride in her current position as Production Coordinator, as well as her former positions as Packing Supervisor and Planner, among other operations and dispatch responsibilities. Through difficult times, GSF Fresh! has proven to be a caring environment, according to Jayneel.
“My mother-in-law fell into a coma several years ago, and she lives in Canada. Many times I have taken an extended leave, and I have full support from all my team,” explains Jayneel, who credits the relationships she’s created with her managers and teams as the secret to her successful career.
Jayneel views GSF Fresh! as a family. She focuses on creating a positive work environment for herself and others every time she steps through the GSF Fresh! doors.
“We leave our homes every day to work hard and dedicate time to each other, so we should create a happy atmosphere where we all can achieve our mission,” said Jayneel.
